As an HVAC and Plumbing Superintendent, you’ll be at the heart of large-scale commercial construction projects—building schools, hospitals, and advanced aerospace facilities that make a difference in communities and industries.

What You’ll Do

Lead with Purpose

• Take charge of field operations and oversee daily activities of skilled craft workers.

• Direct the day-to-day progress of the job—ensuring optimal staffing, timely material deliveries, and smooth project flow from start to finish.

Plan and Execute

• Study project specifications and blueprints to develop efficient construction procedures and schedules.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure top-tier performance and seamless coordination on site.

Drive Performance

• Manage staffing levels across all construction phases to meet project goals.

• Review and approve subcontractor billings and progress documentation.

• Support the Project Manager with field insights, scheduling input, and purchasing decisions to keep the project on track and under budget.

Stay Ahead of the Curve

• Develop and oversee site utilization programs, security arrangements, and logistical support systems.

• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and records—ensuring compliance and accountability at every level.

What You Bring

• OSHA Safety Training (Accredited)

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in HVAC and Plumbing

• Proven track record in commercial construction (schools, hospitals, aerospace facilities)

• Strong blueprint and specification reading skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
